Hello, I have muddled some of my receipts that I have uploaded in with the ones I’ve yet to do. Could I do them all quick books recognise duplicates? Thanks

Or any other advice that may resolve would be great

Hello, I have muddled some of my receipts that I have uploaded in with the ones I’ve yet to do. Could I do them all quick books recognise duplicates? Thanks

It's my pleasure to help you look if you have duplicate transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), bradley.

Yes, bradley. QuickBooks will automatically recognise if you have duplicate transactions. This ensures you have the accuracy and completeness of your financial data.

You can run a vendor report or check in the expense tab if you have duplicate transactions.

Here's how for the expense tab:

  1. Go to Expenses.
  2. Click Expenses.
  3. Select the NO. column to sort your transactions.
  4. Check for duplicates.

Here's how to run a vendor report:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Enter Transaction List by Vendor in the search field.
  3. From the Report period dropdown menu, click All Dates.
  4. Select Run report.
  5. Click Sort.
  6. From the Sort by dropdown, select Num.
  7. Select Ascending order or Descending order.

Additionally, you can check these articles to learn more about emailing receipts and audit logs in QBO:
