Helping you set up an invoice is my priority, @evans-property-s.

There are times that your browser is full of resources that can cause weird browsing activity while working with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). This can be the reason why you receive an error message while setting up your invoices.

Let's consider logging into your QBSE account using a private browser to isolate this issue. You can follow the shortcut keys suggestion below for easy access:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

From here, set up your invoice and attach your logo accordingly and if this works, clear your regular browser's cache to improve your browsing experience. But if you get the same message, use a different browser application instead.

Finally, I've got you this helpful article that explains how you can work well with invoicing: Set up, Create, Process, and Manage Invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Stay in touch by leaving a comment below if you have any other invoicing questions. I'll be more than happy to help. Take care and stay safe!
