Hi there, islaandcoaccesso.

I'm glad that you were able to share your concern with the Community forum. I'll help you fix them out  as much as I can.

I can see that the multiple sales transactions are causing your income an unusual figure. We can remove the other sales transactions and remain the accurate ones in your book. When we do it, the figure of your income will be corrected. Let me guide how to do it:

  1. Go to the Banking on the left panel.
  2. Within the For Review tab, tick those duplicate transactions next to the Dates column.
  3. Click the Batch actions drop-down arrow.
  4. Then, select Exclude.
  5. Once done, go to the Excluded tab. Find those several transactions and put a check-mark next on it.
  6. Click the Batch action drop-down arrow one more time.
  7. You will see then the Delete option. Click that option to completely delete them.

Once they are deleted, they will not affect your reporting or income. You may want to check out these articles where we can find additional information about handling transactions in QBO:

Know that I'm always willing to help and assist you further with the imported transactions. Just let me know by adding a new post below. Otherwise, you can enjoy the rest of your day. Take care!
