Hi, can anyone recommend a good quickbooks online job management software to be able to track all my jobs and manage efficiently ?

You can sign up for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus version and use the Project feature to track job costs and keep everything in one place. Once you've got your QBO Plus, let's turn on the Projects feature.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Advanced menu.
3. In the Projects section, put a checkmark in the Organize all job-related activity in one place checkbox.
4. Click Save, then Done.

Once done, you can now create your project to track job costs. Let me guide you how.

1. Click Projects from the left menu.
2. Select New Project, then enter the project name.
3. Choose the customer you’re working for from the drop-down menu.
4. Add any notes or details about the project.
5. Click Save.

Yeah that will not work for me, thats more for projects, I want something similar to service m8 that does not cost as much.

If you would prefer not to use projects, you may wish to explore the App Store to see what apps can integrate with QuickBooks Online that may be more suited to your needs. While we can't give you recommendations on specific apps as they are third parties, each has a section for FAQs, customer reviews, pricing and so on so you can see what other QuickBooks Online users have tried and where they have had the best experience.
