I'm here to share more information about sending invoices as PDF in QuickBooks Self-Employed, and how you can send one.
As of now, the option to email an invoice as a PDF is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed - AU version. With that, I'd suggest sending a product suggestion to our developers.
- Go to the Invoices tab.
- Select Invoices.
- Click Create Invoice.
- Click the Feedback button on the upper-right side.
- Enter a few words to elaborate on your suggestion.
As a workaround, you can export the transaction as a PDF and then send it manually to your customer. Let me guide you with these steps:
- On the Invoices page, locate the invoice you want to send.
- Click the drop-down arrow under ACTION.
- Select Export as PDF.
