How can I add credit card options for the invoice

Hello there, info-partybusess. I can help you with adding a credit card payment option for invoices.


For QuickBooks Online invoices, the option to add a credit card to accept the customer's payment is via Connect PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you can add the Accept Card Payments with PayPal app to your QBO account. 


Here are the steps:


  1. Go to the + New button and select Invoice.
  2. Click on Connect to PayPal next to the payment options tick box.
  3. Grant permission to connect your PayPal account
  4. Select Launch PayPal. Doing this will direct you to the PayPal login screen.
  5. Login and enter your password. Then, follow the PayPal prompts.
  6. Click on Go back to QuickBooks Online.
  7. Review account names set-up and category for fees.


 After that, you can now use it when receiving customer payments.
