How do I go back to old format for quotes

Currently, QuickBooks Online offers an updated layout for Quotes and Invoices that includes new formatting and features. At some point, you may have clicked the Update layout button, which switches your forms to the new design. This update affects not only the appearance of your Quotes but also your Invoices, as both use a similar layout system.

Since you prefer the old layout, you can follow these steps to switch:

1. Open the Quote or Invoice you want to edit.
2. Click on Old layout to switch back.
3. Hit the Switch to old layout to confirm.
4. QuickBooks will prompt you to select the reasons for switching; check the appropriate boxes.
5. You can also provide additional feedback in the field below.
6. Finally, click Share feedback to submit.
