i want to hide my hourly rate on invoices how do i do this?

how do i remove the rate and qty collum in an invoice?

You can create a Custom form styles for invoices that removes the RATE and QTY columns, adam.

 

Please note that these columns will still appear while creating or editing an invoice, but they will be removed when you send, preview, or print the invoice.

 

Here's how to create your custom form style:

 

  1. Navigate to Setting and select Custom form styles.

  2. Click the New style dropdown and choose Invoice.

  3. Rename your custom form style.

  4. Go to the Content tab.
  5. Click the tile containing the RATE and QTY content.

  6. Uncheck the boxes for Quantity and Rate to hide these columns.

  7. Click Done.

 

After saving the Custom form style, you can apply it to both new or previously created invoices. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales menu and select Invoices.
  2. Click Create invoice for new invoices or View/Edit for existing ones.

  3. Choose Customise and select the Custom form style you created.

  4. Click Save.

 

To confirm the custom form style was applied, you can review the invoice by clicking Print or Preview within the invoice screen.
