How do I reopen a void invoice?

You can navigate to the Invoices section to locate voided invoices, @totalpencilcase. While voided invoices can't be re-opened in QuickBooks Online, you can re-enter their details manually or use the Audit Log to recreate them as needed.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales & Get Paid section under My Apps.
2. Choose Invoices and locate the voided invoice you wish to reopen and click View/Edit. Note that most of the voided invoices goes to the most bottom part.        
3. Re-enter the product or services, quantity, and other details in the invoice line items.
4. Click Save to restore the invoice.                                                                                                                              

If you need context of the voided invoice, you can access the Audit Log to view the original details. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Audit Log.                                                                       
2. Filter the Events by choosing Deleted/Voided Transactions from the dropdown.
3. Find the voided transaction and click View under History column.                             
4. Using the information from the Audit log, you can re-enter the transaction with its original transaction date.
