How to create invoice using different template and logo for different business under one ABN?

I'll help you customize your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @simon80.

 

To start with, if you have two different business names, we can't create different invoices. This is because QuickBooks allows one business per subscription.

 

Also, we will be able to create invoices with different templates and formats. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the +New icon.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. On the Invoice page, click the template and format it to your preference. 
  4. Once done, select Save and close. 

 

However, when it comes to the logo, there's a need for you to upload it every time you create different invoices with different logos. The maximum file size of the logo is 1 MB.
