I have to say that I am seriously disappointed with Quickbooks customer support, I can never get to actually speak to someone and when I do they can't help

This is not the kind of service I want you to experience, @Pam19. It seems you've already been through a lot in resolving your concern and I'm here to help in however way I can.

 

If you let me know exactly what problem you're having, I can look into this for you and provide you with the necessary information.
