The other way on how you can achieve this is to import a template from a Word document. Before doing so, let's make sure to enable the import option in the settings.

Is there a template one can use for the .docx import? So export the current style for example, make some changes and import back in?

Sample .docx files can be downloaded in QuickBooks Online by following the steps below:
1. Log into QuickBooks Online
2. Click on the Gear icon on the top right
3. Click on Custom form styles
4. Click on New style
5. Click on Import Form Style
6. Select Invoice and click Next
7. Click on Download import guide
