I would like to export customer detail to a spreadsheet including payment and billing terms. How do I do this?
If you export from the Customer page, you'll be able to export information like Name, Company, Address, Phone number, Email Address, Customer type, Attachment, Currency, Balance, and Notes.
From the left menu, select Sales, then Customers.
Select the Export icon next to the Print icon.
Choose Export to Excel.
Unfortunately there is no way to export payment and billing terms as you have mentioned, but if you were to put this information in the Notes section of each customer then this could be a potential work-around!
