Invoices are hiding bank account number from customers. How can I turn that off?

Welcome to the Community, @accounts586. I can help you add bank details to an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First off, may I ask if you add your bank details to your invoice using the Airy new template? If this isn't the case, that's why QuickBooks hides the bank details. To help your customers set up a payment, you can customise the Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) of your invoice to include your bank details.

Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Custom Form Styles under the Your Company section.
  4. Choose the invoice template you want to edit or create a new one by clicking on New style and selecting Invoice.
  5. Select Add your EFT details.
  6. Enter your payment details and select Done.
