I am wanting to add a dynamic field in the message section of the sales form when emailing invoice to the client. Similar to the invoice number being automatically added to the subject line. See screen shot where I attempted to add [First name].

I logged in via web browser on PC as suggested and noted that Dear and Full Name were already selected. I changed to Dear And First and saved yet that info still doesn't appear when I email the invoice.

Thanks for your response. Can we please try to go to settings and try to select Save and Done after you've selected the ideal greeting? Once done, let's do some browser troubleshooting. First thing we'll need to do is to access your account on an incognito window or private mode. A private browser does not store any activities, which is why it's a good idea to use it for any unexpected behavior in the program.
Here are keyboard shortcuts you can use depending on the browser you're using:
If it works in incognito or private window, kindly go back to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. It is a good idea to clear cache, to remove the temporary internet files and to help the application function properly. Please consider using different browser too.

I have tried the following.
Incognito window in browser on PC the DEAR and FIRST fields are included in the email message.
Standard window in browser on PC the DEAR and FIRST fields are included in the email message.
Safari bowser on iPad the DEAR and FIRST fields are included in the email message.
App on iPad does not include DEAR and FIRST fields.
99% of my interaction with QB online is with my iPad App.
