For most general issues like the missing options in the Shortcuts tab in the QuickBooks Online mobile app, clearing the app's cache can do the trick. By clearing its cache, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate.
Here's how:

- Choose the Refresh Data menu.
- Tap Yes.
In your phone settings:
- From your phone's settings, tap Apps (varies by device).
