I appreciate all your efforts in dealing with this, @BrentV. I recognize the need to have a sufficient amount of characters to help you manage your customers efficiently.
Currently, there's a 100-character limit in the recipient's email address field and this limit includes spaces.
I understand the importance of providing customers with a sufficient amount of characters in the email box within QuickBooks Online (QBO). Although we currently don't have an option to increase the limit, I encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions through our feedback channel.
