my customers with gmail or hotmail email address can not receive my invoices

Invoices may not be delivered due to various SPAM identification rules from your customers and service providers, Indigeflora.

 

You can advise your customers to check their spam or junk folders for the missing invoices. 

 

If the email isn't there, we can utilize some alternative methods to send your invoices:

 

  • You can export the invoice as a PDF and email it from your business or another account.
  • Print the PDF and mail the documents to your customer.

 

To further investigate this issue, I recommend contacting our phone support team. They can look into the main cause of the issue and offer a solution to complete your task.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Help option in the upper-right corner.
  2. Navigate to the Search tab and enter your topic.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose either Chat or Callback.
