My invoice templates are not saving pay with PayPal option...?

Hello elliottfinley,

Let's review the app settings if the PayPal method is set up for invoice payments. I'll walk you through the steps.

  1. Click Apps.
  2. Click PayPal settings, then check the set up.

Then, let's check your invoice template setting. Here's how.

  1. Click Gear.
  2. Click Custom Form Styles.
  3. Edit your template. Then, click Payments tab.
  4. Make sure to put a check mark under Let customers pay by credit card with PayPal.
  5. Click Done.

Once done, try checking your invoice template again.

If you're still unable to view the PayPal option, you can press F5 on your keyboard to refresh your page or access your account via a private-browser.

Clearing your browser's cache sometimes, help.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'll be around to help.

Hi Elliott,

I have tested this and it is saving for me. Can you please use Google Chrome as a browser just to make sure. If you are already using Chrome, kindly clear your cache and cookies by holding down the keys Ctrl + Shift + Delete. Once you have done this, please log back in and kindly check if this is working for you now.
