My scheduled invoices for 1Sep have not recorded or sent ? Is this a setting I may have turned off for all ? Or has QB got an issue ?

It's good to hear that your recurring invoices have been created, and sent from QuickBooks Online. As per checking, there's an incident overnight that caused intermittent outages for QuickBooks Online accounts. Rest assured, all services have now been rectified, and there shouldn't be any further issues.
