Other than pay pal for receiving payments via credit card payments , can i receive payments by credit card another way in quickbooks

There are a couple of options you can explore here other than PayPal.

We allow you the ability to provide your bank details on the invoices you sent to your customers so you can also get paid this way too.

A third option would be to explore some of the third-party applications which integrate with QuickBooks Online that specialise in helping you accept payments from customers.

Feel free to explore your options by going into the Apps tab on the left hand menu of your QuickBooks Online.

If you deal with multi currency transactions, open a virtual business account at Wise to get a better rate and a lower fee than PayPal. Utilize the bank feeds if required.

Hi, could you elaborate on this a bit please? I use WISE for sending money, but how can I use this to accept money?

I am in Australia, so invoice mainly in AUD. 

I also invoice overseas clients in USD. I would like the USD billed clients to be able to pay via credit card, in USD. 

Would you recommend usign WISE for this?

Do you have a Wise Personal account or a Wise Business account?

Personal, but can do a Business account. 

I asked Wise Customer Service and they do not have a way to accept credit card payments into your USD account. As in, they don't do payment gateway, they just provide USD bank details.

You have to open a Wise business account to accept payments in some major currencies (e.g USD, Euro, GBP).

If you are located in Australia, you can get a USD account details to accept payments with ACH or Wire. If your client asks to pay by Credit Card or Debit Card, ask them to open a Wise account.

Otherwise, you may explore another app as I mentioned in earlier post to accept Amex and international credit cards and integrate it with your QBO account. 

Thanks for the info. I checked out PracticeIgnition and I already have a proposal software, but their payment integration is also Paypal. 

Getting clients to open a Wise account just to pay in USD/Credit Card is clunky. 

If only Quickbooks would allow another payment gateway instead of blocking everything except Paypal, I find it pretty ridiculous. I've sent multiple feedback requests but no progress so far.
