Can I tag a receipt when I snap and review it?

When you upload receipts, QuickBooks Online automatically extracts key details and creates entries for you to examine. They are not in your books yet. We need to verify the details, then add or match those to existing transactions first. After that, you can now attach the tags to the bills or expenses to help organize your books. 

That being said, the labels are only available for the transactions generated from the image or picture. Currently, there's no option to directly put them into the receipts during the review process.

1. Sign in to your company.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Choose Feedback.
4. Enter your product comments in the description box.
5. Click Next to submit your inputs.
