Hi Bob,

 

You can create a separate Chart of Account that is intended to store expense claim amounts, and then create journal entries amounting to the percentage you're claiming, into that Chart of Account. 

 

However I would recommend reaching out to your certified bookkeeper or accountant to ensure that this would be the best way to record expense claims.
