First, ask them to access their account using a private window. This mode doesn't record any activity on your local device. Here's how:
If they're able to access the payment info, then they can go back to their regular browser and clear its cache. They can also use a different supported browser to view the payment info. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
In addition, you can run the Profit and loss report to view the summary of your income and expenses. This way, you can see how efficient is your business are. Just go to Reports and open the Profit and loss report.
