Snap receipts stopped working. How can I fix it?

We're delighted to have you in the Community, extractorblastki. I can help provide detailed input to ensure you can upload receipts to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Beforehand, are there any error messages received when utilizing the feature? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

 

Sometimes uploading receipts from a mobile app can store cache files and may cause unusual behavior in your QuickBooks experience. To help you with the troubleshooting steps, refer to the steps below.

 

For Android mobiles:

  1. From the More Options ⋮, select Settings.
  2. Tick Refresh Data, then choose Yes.

 

For IOS:

  1. Go to Settings and tap General.
  2. Click iPhone Storage, then select the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

 

Once done, go back and try the Receipt snap feature again to double-check. If it still doesn't work, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

 

Furthermore, you can email your receipts to QuickBooks and have them reviewed. You can also add it to the correct accounts and match them.
