Are you having penny differences on your sales amount in the dashboard? If so, QuickBooks will round it off to the nearest dollar.
However, if your total sales in the dashboard shows a big difference than your actual sales, I’d recommend using a private window. Here’s how:
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
- For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.
If it shows correct amount in this window, you can clear your browser’s cache or switch to a different one. There are times that the overloaded files saved in your browser can cause behaviors like this.
Though, if the same issue continue, I’d recommend contacting the support team. They have extra tools such as screen sharing to help you investigate and fix the issue:
- Click Help at the top.
- Select Contact us.
- Provide a brief explanation about your concern.
- Click Let’s talk.
- Select Get a callback.
