When I try to save an invoice or payment received nothing happens

Hi zordsnray,

 

Are you experiencing this issue on the mobile/tablet app or on a computer browser? If you still cannot save the invoice or payment on a different browser or different device, please contact our Customer Success Team so we can investigate this further.

 

You can get in contact with one of our support representatives by phoning 1800 046 038. Our line is open 8:30am - 6:30pm AEST Mon - Fri.

 

Alternatively, if you would like a call-back from a representative or talk to us via Messaging, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.

  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.

  3. Select Contact us.

  4. Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Next.

  5. Select Start a Chat or Get a Callback to connect to a live support team representative.
