In QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), you can get a copy of the invoices you sent once you enable the Send me a copy option. The system will be prefilled in your email and automatically sends you a copy of the form after you click the Send button. Here's how to do it:
From the left pane, click the Invoices menu.
Select Create an invoice.
Enter the needed information and select Email.
On the email page, check the box beside Send me a copy.
Then, click Send.
If you want to see past invoices you sent, you can check them by clicking the status of the invoice. Let me guide you through the process:
Navigate to the Invoices tab.
From there, you'll see the list of the invoices you created. You can filter the date to have more timely data.
Once done, click the status of the invoice under the Status column.
