It may be a couple of factors, but I just wanted to first check when you select Save and Send for the invoice, and then it brings up the new screen with the Send email overview does it have for the From email as quickbooks@notification.intuit.com or another email?

I'm in the same boat. Only for one customer who I send invoices to daily. Some send, some dont in the past week or so. Nothing has changed. They just dont send.
Ive had a couple of other customers do the same, but I retry and they work.

I think I might have an idea as to why this is happening.
Most of the time, it is the receivers email inbox settings that might be unintentionally blocking the emails from coming through.
With the customers that are not receiving the emails, could you please make sure that they have quickbooks@notification.intuit.com listed as a safe sender.
Sometimes by default, their email settings will block certain senders from sending emails to their inbox.
After they have done this, give it another try and see if it goes through this time.
