Firstly, there are two ways to undo a payment received.
Did you manually receive the payment using the Receive Payment option from the Plus Icon on the top-right? If so, you will have to delete the payment. Here is how you do that:
- Open the payment in QuickBooks.
- On the bottom of the page, select More.
- Select Delete.
If you added/matched the payment through the Bank Feed, you will have to Undo the payment. Here is how you do that:
- Navigate to Banking.
- Select the Reviewed tab.
- Find the payment you added/matched, and then select Undo in the Actions column.
