I can't seem to open the side menu, meaning I'm unable to navigate the site. This has never happened before....can anyone please advise? Thanking you kindly......Michael

Let's try to click on the burger icon, Michael.

 

This icon can make the left menu not to appear on the screen.

If you can't see the entire page, let's check your zoom settings. Zooming in can make the page bigger than the browser window. To zoom out, press the Ctrl key on your keyboard and the minus (-) key repeatedly.

 

In case you're referring to the page that isn't functioning well, or it's freezing, we can do other troubleshooting steps. Start by using a private browser. It won't save data or cache about your browsing sessions. If it works, you'll need to clear the cache. Too much cache can cause unexpected behavior in your browser.

 

Also, try to switch to other supported browsers. This helps to determine if the browser you're currently using has issues.
