You'll have to check your Tax settings set up is correct in your QuickBooks Self Employed account. Here's how:
- Click on the Settings icon or Cog wheel.
- Click on Tax profile.
- Under Tax settings, select the correct tax or financial year.
- Click Save.
Furthermore, please check if you've selected the correct period when viewing under Transactions tab. With regard to the transaction dates, if the bank account is connected in QuickBooks Self Employed, the date usually followed is based on the actual transaction date.
If the issue remains, try using other supported browsers. That way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
