If there is an issue with the data migration done by MMC, we advise reaching out back to MMC for them to review your data. If you've already done this and they're unable to resolve the allocating of payments, let's contact our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our support representatives will be able to check your account and help you with your transactions.
To contact customer support:
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

Hi all,
Finally after 3 weeks all done. It looks like there are some good and not so good individualls who can convert correctly. After 8 requests finally hit the jackpot and an indidivual wiped all ther financials and added it again. Only 1 mistake of $1K. Before I had $155K mistake
