You can get back to your work right after making the updates, parramatta.

 

To ensure that the new payment details went through, you can go back to the Billing and Subscription page. From there, the status of your QuickBooks Online subscription should be Subscribed.

 

Now if you're trying to add a new user, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Under Your Company, click Manage Users.
  3. Click the Add user button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Choose the user type.
  5. Enter the user's name and email address to send the invite.
  6. Click Save.
