To protect security and privacy of your data in QuickBooks, additional verification steps may be required before accessing accounts. Factors such as change in IP address, use of VPN, frequent login etc. are reasons that can prompt you to go through additional verification.

- Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern.
- Click Let's talk.
- Select Get a callback or Chat.
