If you are seeing this screen, the first thing to check is your browser's settings. We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser for the best experience with QuickBooks. In Chrome, follow these instructions to confirm your cookie settings are correct:
- Copy chrome://settings/content/cookies into the URL
- Ensure the first option is set to 'Allow sites to save and read cookie data'.
- Ensure third option 'block third party cookies' is Off.
Once you've done this, close and reopen your browser and log back in. I'd also note that this screen can come up when your QuickBooks session times out. You can check this setting by:
- Select the Settings cog (top right corner).
- Choose Account and Settings, then Advanced.
- Scroll to the bottom and locate 'sign me out if inactive for'. Update this as needed and Save.
