I have tried all the steps you have mentioned each day for a week now. None of my log in details have changed, I tried submitting a request on further assistance but it keeps bringing me back to here to ask.

There seems to be a change in provider name from Credit Union Australia to Great Southern Bank as well as website login change, therefore leading to this connection issue.
