BankFeed Not Working

The last time the Bank feeds worked was 5th December 2022. 

We bank with Beyond Bank Australia and I have confirmed with Beyond Bank that they are not aware of any issues and I can Log into Beyond Bank via an Internet browser without any issues.

Thank you for reaching out to us. For me to further check, do you have any error message on your Beyond Bank Australia account in QuickBooks Banking page? 


To refresh the connection and get your latest bank transaction, let's do a manual update. 


Here's how: 


  1. Go to Banking tab.
  2. Select Update


This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.

Thanks for letting us know of the error you're getting, 1Church.


We do have an ongoing investigation with Beyond Bank Australia with an error code 163. The banking error 163 you're getting in your Bank Australia account in QuickBooks Online means QuickBooks is unable to connect with your online banking website. One common reason for this error is if your financial institution is blocking QuickBooks Online access.


I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, one of our support care agents can add your account on the affected list and to keep you posted for any update. 


To contact customer support:


  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us (chat or call us).
