Thank you for reaching out on this.
We actually don't have a way to delete any transactions in any QuickBooks Online subscriptions. Users would need to delete them one at a time. Being able to do this in QuickBooks Online is a great idea, and I would like to put this forward to our developers so I'd encourage you to send them your product suggestion. Here's how to send your product request:
Please update me if you need further assistance with QuickBooks. I'm here to help.
I can’t delete the transactions because they don’t exist. They are in “uncoded” therefore they are not yet recorded in QBO. But they are on the uncoded transactions list, yet the account does not have a bank feed connected, so I cannot go to the bank feed and exclude. so it is a mystery to me as to how they go there.
I can share how uncoded transactions are being posted on your reports.
The Uncoded Transaction report will show you the transactions in the For Review tab of the Banking screen that has not yet been added or categorised to your books. If you had a bank feed with uncoded transactions that you disconnected in the past, it remains a record of those transactions on the report.
An option I can provide is to manually import a CSV file with one transaction just to retrigger the bank account. Once imported, you can then exclude the uncoded transactions.
Here's how to exclude after importing:
Reivew the Uncoded transactions report if you're still seeing transactions posted on the report. If you like, you can disconnect the account again.
Let me know how this works. Take care and have a great day!
