Can the payroll reports be customised? In particular, my client wants to see their employees' ID (external ID in the settings) on the detailed activity report?

Customisations such as including the employee ID is actually not supported in detailed activity report. I would forward your feedback to our relevant team. In the meantime, please consider exporting and combining Detailed Activity Report and Employee Details Report for the desired result.

Thanks for the information Zac.

I hope this does get updated soon, as obviously needing to export and combine reports just to display an additional column of employee information takes away much of the efficiency that one expects from cloud-based accounting software.
