Hi,
I'm having an issue where I can no longer view or access one of my client's QBO.
We previously had complete access to the account (we set it up, maintain the cost, etc.). The client does not use/have access as we use it solely for STP. So I have not been removed as advisor.
I have confirmed that the account is not inactive. It is not listed under Your Practice, Clients, Overview, and I cannot access from the dropdown menu, or find it using search bar.
All other client's accounts work fine, just the one account is not.
I've not been able to get a hold of my QBO Consultant for the past week.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Caitlin
Hi Caitlin Di Domenico,
Thanks for posting in the Community. Let me share with you some possible solutions to see the missing client file.
There are a number of reasons why you might not find your client in the QuickBooks Online Accountant Client list.
If you're using the same login credentials on the missing client file, let's try to click on the Gear icon and select Switch company.
If you don't still see the client, please refer to this article for more troubleshooting steps: How to find a company that is missing from the QuickBooks Online Accountant client list.
In any case the missing client file is still not showing, I would recommend you to contact our Customer Support team to further check on the account.
Let me know if you need further assistance. I'll be delighted to be your guide once again. Have a great day.
