Cant access Company Books using for Quickbooks Desktop after update. It says 502 Bad Gateway.

Are you able to log into QuickBooks via the URL - qbo.intuit.com ?
Could you also give me the version number of the QuickBooks Desktop being run on your computer as well as the version number of Windows or Mac OS please?
