Client file is not same as what I have access to

Can you describe the difference you're seeing, harrycai?

 

Once you're invited to a client's file, you can only log in to the company you're invited to. You can check with your client if they made changes to your access.

 

You can provide these steps if ever they've added yo to the wrong account:

  1. Open the account that the accountant should be in.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  3. Under Your Company, click Manage Users.
  4. Go to the Accounting firms section and verify that the accountant is there.
  5. If not, open the other account to which they have access to. Then, follow the same steps to check if their name appears in the Accounting firms section.
