Connect to square error

I have had significant issues with Connect to Square. Last week I got this message: We couldn't Add the transaction(s) due to "Quantity required for tracked Inventory item.". Try again later.
But, every item had a quantity. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

I'm here to share some ideas for resolving this error you've encountered while connecting Square to QuickBooks Online.

 

There could be many causes for transactions not downloading. They consist of:

 

  • There's problem with the connection between QBO and your bank.
  • The server at the bank is not accessible.
  • Error codes or messages that demand action on your part.

 

You can manually add missing transactions to QBO by updating your bank account. The connection between the two programs is refreshed. 

 

I'll demonstrate how:

 

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel.
  2. Click on the Banking link.
  3. Select the Square account you’re working on.
  4. Next, click on the Update button.
