I was given the wrong advice on what product I needed and signed up for QB self employed when I needed QB online. I'm now trying to cancel and get a refund on my QB self employed subscription and I'm replying to the emails I'm being sent but they keep responding 24hours later with "we haven't received a response from you". Absolutely infuriating! I can't call anyone because Self employed doesn't have a phone number and online support sends me in circles! USELESS!

Still, I would suggest utilising the QBSE Assistant feature to contact our QBSE support team via chat. Click the Assistant button on the top right corner of the browser. If you're using the app select the menu, then Help & FAQ. They are the ones who can look into your account in a secure session and assist you with processing the refund.
Since you're always getting this message "We haven't received a response from you", I'd recommend accessing QuickBooks using an incognito window. This type of window doesn’t store any cache that causes you to experience unusual behavior.
