For ANZ Credit card accounts we'll have to make sure to use the credit card number from your credit card statement and not use the physical card number when enrolling to direct feeds. That way, we can successfully connect your credit card account to QuickBooks Online.
If you have entered the physical card number during the enrollment process, kindly disconnect the credit card account in QBO and re-enroll them. Here's how to disconnect the account on file:
1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
2. Select the tile for the bank account.
3. Select the pencil ✎ icon, then select Edit account info.
4. Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. Note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
5. Select Save and Close.
Once done, kindly reconnect the ANZ credit card by clicking on Link account and follow the prompt to re-enroll the account.
