There is no QBO Accountant version to manage QBO Global version for Trinidad and Tobago.

You may have 3 options:
1. Your client use QBO Global version and invite you as a Company Admin. They may set you as the Accountant to save their available seats.
2. Your client use QBD US version and you have the QBD US Accountant version. Both of you may purchase a one time license QBD 2021.
3. You have a one time license of QBD US Accountant version. You may deploy a private cloud at your premise or put your license and company file(s) on a QB cloud hosting. You clients will access their data by internet connection.
What do you mean with "adding additional companies"? One QBO account is for one company file. You may manage multiple company files on QB Desktop with a one time license.

May I know what country you are in? At this moment, QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) is only available for some regions (AU, CA, UK, US, SA, SG). To use QBOA to manage clients within the listed regions. You'll need to create and manage companies for your own region outside of QBOA. Head to the QuickBooks Online International Versions page to create a QBO company outside of QBOA.

Where is your company located? Do you wish to help QBO AU users or else?
I am located in Trinidad and Tobago and QBOA is not available in my country/region. I was looking for another possible solution that would help me to manage multiple clients without QBOA.
