How can I cancel my subscription please?

I've got the steps on how we can cancel our subscription, ntweddle.


Please follow the steps below to do it: 


  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  4. Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button again.
  5. Follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Select Got it.

How can I cancel my subscription please?

Hi there. I'm here now. Let's work this out so you can proceed to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.


Please be aware that if your user ID is your email address, you can use it to retrieve your account credentials. Entering the email address associated with your QuickBooks account allows Intuit to send a one-time code to your email so you can access your QBO account. You can also use your mobile number if you can't remember the email you used. Here's how:


  1. Go to this link:
  2. In the Intuit Sign in page, toggle to Phone.
  3. Click the dropdown arrow button in the phone number bar to select a region, and then enter your phone number.
  4. Hit the green Sign In button below.


Once you're able to access your account, here's how you can cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription:


  1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Go to the Gear icon, and then select Account and settings.
  4. Select Billing & subscription.
  • Note: If you don't see the Billing & subscription tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. See the steps for your device below.

       5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're cancelling a trial, select Cancel trial.

       6. Follow the onscreen steps.
