How can I get a report on the profitability of all my projects?

They can be seen one by one but not all at once to determine the overall profit percentage.

How can I get a report on the profitability of all my projects?

I appreciate your feedback about the profitability report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Dis Gruntled.

QuickBooks only allows you to build a profitability report for each of your projects. Thus, running the report for all of your projects is currently unavailable.

We're always working to enhance the features and add new ones to the product to better meet the needs of our customers. I recommend sending a request about adding a report that shows the profitability of all the projects directly to our engineers.

They review customers' suggestions for future updates and incorporate them to develop future enhancements. Follow the steps below to send your product suggestions:

  1. In your company, head to the Gear icon in the upper right and choose Feedback under Profile.
  2. Enter a brief description of your product suggestions in the Feedback window.
  3. Click Next to submit.

You can also go to the following page to learn about the most recent QuickBooks innovations and improvements released by our product engineers: New Accounting Software Features.

Furthermore, these resources will show you how to use the project function in QuickBooks Time and track the profitability of your project:

Fill me in if you have other project-related concerns or questions. I'll jump right back in to respond to them. Enjoy the rest of the day.
