How can I run a payroll summary report? It isn't coming up on my reporting list

Hi katemwhite,

 

You can run the Detailed Activity Report in the Payroll tab to see the breakdown of the employee's pay for a given period. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Click on the Payroll tab.
  2. Click on the Reports tab.
  3. Locate and click Detailed Activity Report.
  4. Select a Date range and Pay schedule.
  5. Click on Run report.

From here you can also Download the report and save in your computer. You can also check other payroll reports available in the Payroll Report dashboard.

 

Pos again in the Community if you have further questions about payroll reports in QuickBooks Online.
